This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all subscriptions to the SITEUPTIME platform owned and operated by Tensai Computers Private Limited.
Non-Refundable Subscriptions
- All subscription payments made to SITEUPTIME are final and non-refundable once processed.
- Resources are immediately allocated upon activation, and therefore refunds cannot be offered for partial periods.
Exceptions
Refunds are considered only in the following limited cases:
- Duplicate billing caused by a verified payment gateway error.
- Continuous unavailability of the Service for 7 or more consecutive days, not caused by user action.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date to support@siteuptime.online.
- If eligible you will receive the refund credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies but usually 1 Week / 7 Days.
Cancellation
- You may cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard or by E-Mail request.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Access remains active until expiry; no prorated refunds will be issued.
Account Termination
Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms or abuse of Service are not eligible for refunds.
