By registering, subscribing to, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use SITEUPTIME.


Ownership and Scope

  1. SITEUPTIME, including its website, software, technology, designs, and trademarks, is the sole property of Tensai Computers Private Limited.
  2. The Service provides automated monitoring and reporting of website uptime, downtime, and performance metrics.
  3. The Company reserves full rights to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at its discretion without prior notice.


Account and Responsibility

  1. You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
  2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  3. Unauthorized sharing, transfer, or resale of access is strictly prohibited.
  4. The Company may suspend or terminate your account for misuse or violation of these Terms.


Acceptable Use

You may only use SITEUPTIME to monitor websites that you own or are authorized to manage.

You agree not to:

  1. Conduct unauthorized monitoring or testing of third-party systems.
  2. Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service.
  3. Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell SITEUPTIME or its components.
  4. Use the Service in violation of any laws or third-party rights.


Subscription and Payments

  1. The Service operates on a prepaid subscription basis (monthly or annual).
  2. All charges are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.
  3. Prices and plan inclusions may change at any time with reasonable notice.
  4. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account and data.


Data and Reporting

  1. Monitoring data is generated automatically and is intended for reference only.
  2. The Company does not guarantee accuracy, continuity, or permanent data retention.
  3. You are responsible for exporting and backing up your monitoring data.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  1. Tensai Computers Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.
  2. The total liability of the Company for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you during the preceding three (3) months of active subscription.
  3. The Service is provided strictly “as-is” without warranties of any kind.


Termination

  1. The Company may terminate or suspend any account, without notice, if:
  2. You breach these Terms.
  3. Payment fails or misuse is detected.
  4. The Company determines continued service poses risk to its systems or reputation.
  5. No refunds will be issued upon termination.
  6. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@siteuptime.online.


Modifications

  1. The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
  2. Revised versions will be posted on https://siteuptime.online.
  3. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
