₹8,000 per month during the probation period.
Upon successful completion of probation and satisfactory achievement of assigned responsibilities and targets, compensation (salary) will be reviewed and revised based on performance.

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong communication skills and preferably a Cybersecurity, IT, Networking, Technical Support or Website Management background.
This role combines Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, Website Monitoring, Website Security Monitoring, LinkedIn Outreach, Live Chat Support, Business Development and Content Creation responsibilities.
Candidates with Cybersecurity experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as many cybersecurity principles directly overlap with website monitoring, alert management, incident identification, infrastructure monitoring, website security awareness and online risk management.

- Contact prospective customers through E-Mail, WhatsApp, Phone Calls, LinkedIn, Live Chat and Social Media.
- Follow up on leads generated through website inquiries and marketing campaigns.
- Present and explain SITEUPTIME.ONLINE services to potential customers.
- Promote Website Monitoring, Server Monitoring, SSL Monitoring, DNS Monitoring, Domain Tracking, Cron Job Monitoring, Port Monitoring and Website Security Monitoring solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
- Maintain sales records and activity reports.
- Assist in growing recurring subscription revenue.
- Perform LinkedIn prospecting and outreach to website owners, agencies, developers, hosting providers and business decision-makers.
- Engage with prospective customers through website Live Chat and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication and timely responses across all customer communication channels.
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries through E-Mail, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Live Chat and Support Tickets.
- Assist customers with account setup and monitor configuration.
- Guide customers in understanding monitoring alerts and reports.
- Provide first-level customer assistance.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate team when necessary.

Customer Success
- Onboard new customers onto the platform.
- Help customers configure and maximize platform features.

- Monitor websites, web applications and online services for uptime and availability.

- Monitor SSL certificate status, expiry dates and security-related notifications.
- Monitor DNS records and DNS-related changes.
- Support Domain Tracking and Domain Expiry Monitoring activities.
- Assist with Cron Job Monitoring and notification management.
- Monitor server availability and infrastructure health alerts.
- Monitor network ports and service availability alerts.
- Help customers understand monitoring reports related to websites, servers, SSL certificates, DNS records and domains.
- Assist in identifying service interruptions and infrastructure-related incidents.
- Identify unusual monitoring events and escalate them appropriately.
- Promote website reliability, infrastructure monitoring and proactive monitoring best practices.
- Help customers understand the importance of proactive monitoring and alert management.
Cybersecurity Monitoring and Incident Awareness
- Assist with Security Incident Awareness processes.
- Monitor and escalate unusual website behavior or service disruptions.
- Assist in Website Defacement Detection monitoring activities.
- Support Domain Expiry Risk Monitoring initiatives.
- Assist with DNS Change Monitoring activities.
- Help maintain Website Trust and Reputation Monitoring awareness.
- Assist with SSL Security Monitoring awareness and customer education.
- Support Blacklist Monitoring awareness activities.
- Support Server Monitoring and Infrastructure Monitoring awareness initiatives.
- Assist with Port Monitoring and Service Availability Monitoring activities.
- Monitor alerts relating to DNS modifications, SSL changes and domain-related risks.
- Maintain Basic Threat Intelligence Awareness regarding common website risks.
- Follow Incident Escalation Procedures when required.

- Create and publish blog articles for SITEUPTIME.ONLINE.

- Assist in creating customer success stories, testimonials and case studies.
